The wine

Over the years and meetings on the terroirs of France with the winemakers, harvester owners, Vins et Tartines has composed an exceptional cellar. No less than 500 references, including 120 from Alsace.

Each has its own story that is told to you, each has its own taste qualities that are explained and proposed to you.

ecause this expert likes to remind that everything starts with wine! Then comes the food.

Tartines (toasts) like no other

There are traditional pieces of bread on which you will find premium deli meats, quality cheeses… And then there are all the others to discover on the Wine and Tartine Menu!

As a base, potatoes crushed or grated, but also vegetable flans, crispy rice!

It is new, creative and pretext to compose an original and gastronomic tartine.

Gastronomical Tartines (toasts)

Salty, sweet, light, sea or rather cold meats, based on cheese…

All different but all decidedly greedy.

They range from aperitif to dessert, combining classic and new flavours. In this regard, the Chef’s culinary repertoire is very broad.

At Vins et Tartines, everything is homemade, from fresh and seasonal products. The result is a map to explore throughout the year and at the pace of the seasons.

Also à la Carte, nice salads and famous "machons". You only have to compose your score.

Discover the Tartine of the week according to the season, the Chef’s mood and desire!

The room

From the former chapel of the court, there remains the cellar and its superb vaults of the 17th century.

Today there is a picturesque atmosphere that perfectly blends the minerality and the conviviality of an intimate place. The rough stone and marble tables find warmth in cushions on benches and lighting.

On the wall, the lithographs of Gérard PUVIS evoke with poetry and humour the daily life of the winemaker. His “collages and assemblies” made from bottle collars tell the story of the feast of Saint Vincent, which takes place in Gevrey-Chambertin.
