THE RESTAURANT'S ATMOSPHERE

Launched in 2003 in an ancient chapel and its 17th century wine cellar, Vins et Tartines welcomes you in a setting featuring marble tables and comfortable wall seats.

The restaurant can welcome up to 80 guests.

 

And when you leave, don’t forget to drop by the “œnothèque” - our wine library - to indulge in a little shopping!

A unique restaurant in Nancy, Vins et Tartines carries wines selected with great care by Danièle Mengin.

The wine cellar features a selection comprising over 700 references, including 120 references from the Alsace region alone.

The Famille Mengin is a family of hotel and restaurant owners from Nancy, who take pride in working in their establishments at all times.

In the kitchen, Chef Jean-Luc Mengin concocts a traditional, yet exceptional cuisine.

In the cellar, Danièle Mengin - one of France’s most competent sommeliers - watches over an exceptional wine cellar, and selects wonderful products that are served by the glass or in bottles.

THE CHAMPAGNE WINES

Champagne Palmer Brut Rosé

Pale yellow in colour, fine and consistent bubbles. A sweet bouquet of apples, toasted bread and sweet almonds. Perfect for an aperitif, this Champagne is also a wonderful accompaniment for a meal. Serve cool (10°C).

 

SWEET WINES

Coteaux du Layon, Rochefort 1981, Grosset Château :

With a ruby color which is very pleasant to the nose are black fruits dominate (blackberry and blueberry) but also hops.
